We use a hub and spoke model for resourcing projects and training programs. We have a core team at the heart of 6th Sense and a strong, connected and skilled pool of talented practitioners who we pull in to work on relevant pieces as needed.
We have highly capable talent in various locations worldwide who are keen to get involved wherever possible.
Pia’s 20-year career has seen her working in several countries and industries. She has risen through the business world working for organisations such as AUSTRADE (in South Korea), UNILEVER, HASBRO (reliving her childhood marketing the games portfolio), and ING DIRECT, where she managed the savings portfolio. Recently she’s worked on challenges ranging from beverage innovation strategies and financial services projects to residential roofing innovation and de-contamination in auto-assembly plants; from shopper marketing strategies across Europe and Asia to designing and implementing a marketing planning process for a large multinational; from new opportunities in the snacking arena to tempting Chinese women to fall in love with a chocolate brand. She has also designed best practice complaints-handling operating models.
In her spare time, Pia is a guest lecturer for Sydney University Faculty of Economics and Business. Last seen clinging to a horse trying to learn to play polo, she lives for travelling, laughing and bad ‘80s music…
